Marij De Brabandere (b. 1959) takes care of the production and styling of Lieve Blancquaert’s photographic work, is a member of the graphic bureau CANJOTTO’s creative team, and founder of The Maarten Van Severen Foundation where she is responsible for networking.
In the past she was responsible for the foreign production of the children’s clothing brand Hilde&Co; organised non-museum activities at SMAK, Ghent; was managing director of the APPART design label; and was responsible for styling and décor of OXFAM campaigns featuring Flemish celebrities. She also took care of the scenography for the exhibition ONGELOOFLIJK with erfgoed Kortrijk at Museum 1302, and was scenographer & curator for DesignMuseum Ghent/Maarten Van Severen & Co/Het Wilde Ding.
She has designed theatre costumes for Kloppend Hert, Action Zoo Humain, De Kolonie, Bronks, Platform K, and Theater Antigone, among others.
