Koen De Graeve

Koen De Graeve (b. 1972) graduated in 1995 from Studio Herman Teirlinck. Since then, he has performed in numerous theatres both big and small, and for a variety of companies. In 2006 he founded the theatre collective ‘Lazarus’ along with Günther Lesage and Ryszek Turbyasz, among others. Since Dagen zonder lief [With friends like these] by Felix Van Groeningen, he has performed in several Flemish films. He won the Ensor for Best Actor in 2010 (De Helaasheid der dingen) [The Misfortunates] and has twice garnered the Flemish TV Star award for Best Actor in 2010 (Van Vlees en Bloed) [Of Flesh and Blood] and 2012 (De Ronde).
