Maarten Van Mulken (costumes) is a fashion and costume designer based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Maarten primarily focuses on fashion design but is also active in the world of costume design for dance, opera and theatre performances. In addition, his work has been incorporated into performance, film, design, and art. The starting point for his work is concepts that are intended to disrupt normal life, which reference different art disciplines in combination with contemporary social questions.
