Isabelle Dumont turned to the performing arts after her literary studies. She has been working as an interpreter and dramaturge (e.a. for Cie Mossoux-Bonté, directors Ingrid von Wantoch Rekowski and Dominique Roodthoofd, filmmakers Jorge León and Boris Vanderavoort). She also has her own projects, solo and with other artists, in particular lecture performances (with George Van Dam, Jean-Luc Fafchamps) and collections of curiosity (from the baroque, natural sciences…). She also regularly introduces opera’s to the public of the La Monnaie theatre.
