Jasmine is a Hong Kong-Canadian dance artist, actor, and maker based in London. She tells stories which explore diasporic identity through close, interdisciplinary collaborations using movement, puppetry, sound, and evocative text. As a performer she worked with choreographers Wayne McGregor, Akram Khan, and artist Anthea Hamilton - with other credits including: Dragon Spring Phoenix Rise (The Shed, NYC), Wild (Unicorn Theatre, London), The Squash (Tate Britain), Primetime (Hayward Gallery, Southbank Centre), Orpheus and Eurydice (English National Opera), VORTEX (Epidemic, Paris), Jurassic World Dominion (Universal Pictures). Jasmine’s own solo work At Broken Bridge has been presented in the UK by Camden People’s Theatre, Pegasus Theatre, and Tate Britain. She holds a BFA Dance from Boston Conservatory.
