Geert Vanoorlé (1965) is a graduate of the Painting course at Sint-Lucas in Ghent. He has worked as a designer, set designer and painter for such organisations as Nieuwpoorttheater, Behoud de Begeerte, the Blauwe Maandag Compagnie and Eva Bal’s Speeltheater. As from 1994 he was the regular lighting designer at Toneelgroep Ceremonia in association with Eric De Volder.
