Lost & Found

A location operaproject in trainstations based on input from the travellers.

For Lost & Found, a composer and a librettist each spend a week in a glass box in the train stations of Antwerp, Brussels, Rotterdam and London. Every day they compose a short fragment of an opera on a contemporary theme, based on input from the travellers and performed during rush hour. Lost & Found combines the history of a train station and local history with the constant stream of events in an open creative process
