Urban melting pot in engaged music theatre
A striking creation in All Arias is the city project Uit volle borst. In every festival city - Antwerp, Bruges and Ghent - inhabitants take note of this music theatre project. Together they form one polyphonic story. The artistic direction is in the hands of writer, director and actress Maja Westerveld. As a member of the theatre company Abattoir Fermé, she effortlessly navigates between artistic disciplines such as image, dance, text theatre and opera.
